Daily Itinerary

1. Day 1

   Union Island

   Depart 18:00

   Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Union Island, the southernmost gem in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, rises from the Caribbean as a volcanic sentinel that generations of sailors have used as a landmark on the passage to the Grenadines — its Twin Peaks offering spectacular hikes rewarded with panoramas across a tapestry of cays, reefs, and indigo water. The island serves as the yachting hub of the southern Grenadines, with Clifton Harbour bustling with sloops bound for Tobago Cays, Palm Island, and Carriacou. The dry season from December through May delivers the Caribbean's finest sailing conditions and crystal-clear visibility for diving the thriving coral gardens.

2. Day 2

   Barcelona

   Arrive 08:00Depart 19:00

   Spain

Barcelona is the city where Roman history, Gothic grandeur, and Gaudí's delirious Modernisme collide in a Mediterranean coastal capital of astonishing energy and beauty. The Sagrada Família — still under construction after 140 years — continues its audacious ascent toward completion, while the Gothic Quarter's Roman-era foundations and the Passeig de Gràcia's extraordinary concentration of Modernisme masterpieces reward days of exploration. For a complete sensory experience, lose an afternoon in the covered labyrinth of La Boqueria market before descending to the waterfront for Catalan seafood at its finest. May through June and September through October offer the most pleasant weather; the city connects directly to Paris by overnight train.

5. Day 5

   Puerto del Rosario

   Arrive 09:00Depart 19:00

   Spain

Puerto del Rosario, the unassuming capital of Fuerteventura in Spain's Canary Islands, enchants with over one hundred open-air sculptures, the historic Casa Museo Unamuno, and exceptional local cuisine — particularly the island's DOP-protected *queso majorero* goat cheese and *papas arrugadas* with handmade mojo sauces. The destination is best experienced between October and March, when mild Atlantic temperatures, luminous skies, and a steady stream of cruise calls from lines including Costa, MSC, P&O, Marella, and TUI Mein Schiff bring gentle energy to this walkable, authentically Canarian port town.

6. Day 6

   Santa Cruz de Tenerife

   Arrive 08:00Depart 18:00

   Spain

Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the cosmopolitan capital of the Canary Islands, balances volcanic grandeur with refined urban pleasures — from the Santiago Calatrava–designed Auditorio rising beside the Atlantic to the ancient dragon tree at Icod de los Vinos and the World Heritage Teide volcano looming above the island. The city's Carnival, second in scale only to Rio de Janeiro's, erupts each February in spectacular costumes and street revelry. Local wines from the volcanic slopes, wrinkled potatoes with mojo verde, and fresh Atlantic fish define the island's culinary character. November through April offers reliably warm, sun-drenched conditions.

13. Day 13

    Philipsburg, St. Maarten

    Arrive 09:00Depart 19:00

    Sint Maarten

Philipsburg, capital of the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, packs extraordinary energy onto a narrow sand spit between Great Bay and the Great Salt Pond — two parallel streets of duty-free boutiques, creole restaurants, and rum bars backed by a beach where cruise ships anchor so close that their hulls seem to dominate the shoreline. The island's most celebrated spectacle is entirely involuntary: Princess Juliana International Airport, where landing aircraft pass at rooftop height over Maho Beach, drawing crowds of thrill-seekers every day. The 1648 Mount Concordia Treaty, dividing this sliver of land between France and the Netherlands, created the world's smallest territory shared by two nations. The dry season from December to April is optimal.

14. Day 14

    Basseterre

    Arrive 09:00Depart 18:00

    Saint Kitts and Nevis

Basseterre, capital of Saint Kitts and Nevis — the smallest sovereign nation in the Americas — is the gateway to an island whose volcanic drama and layered colonial history distinguish it from every other Caribbean port. Mount Liamuiga's cloud-capped summit and its rainforest-filled crater lake await hikers, while the UNESCO-listed Brimstone Hill Fortress, one of the finest surviving examples of British colonial military architecture, commands sweeping views across neighboring islands. The surrounding plantation inns — sugar estates converted into intimate boutique hotels — offer the most atmospheric accommodation in the Eastern Caribbean. Visit November through April for the driest, sunniest weather.

15. Day 15

    Kingstown

    Arrive 09:00Depart 19:00

    Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Kingstown, the compact and historically rich capital of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, offers visitors Georgian architecture, the Western Hemisphere's oldest botanic gardens, and a vibrant covered market brimming with tropical spices and local produce. Must-do experiences include tasting roasted breadfruit with saltfish buljol at the Halifax Street market and exploring the Grenadine island chain stretching southward to Union Island. The dry season from January to May aligns perfectly with peak cruise itineraries and delivers warm, clear days ideal for volcano hikes and harbour-side exploration.

16. Day 16

    Bridgetown, Barbados

    Arrive 07:00Depart 19:00

    Barbados

Bridgetown, Barbados's compact and convivial capital, carries three centuries of uninterrupted British colonial heritage — a UNESCO World Heritage Site of Georgian townhouses, coral-stone churches, and the Garrison Savannah, whose racecourse is the oldest in the Western Hemisphere — all infused with the irresistible rhythms of a proud Caribbean nation. The island's culinary scene has matured into one of the Caribbean's most sophisticated, with flying fish cutter sandwiches from roadside stalls competing for devotion with the elegant seafood preparations of the Platinum Coast's celebrated restaurants. Visit December through May for the driest season; the island's sheltered west coast offers superlative year-round sailing conditions.

17. Day 17

    St. Georges, Grenada

    Arrive 09:00Depart 18:00

    Grenada

St. George's, Grenada, is a vibrant port known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and fragrant markets brimming with local spices. Must-do experiences include savoring the local delicacies at the Market Square and exploring nearby Carriacou Island for its tranquil beaches. The best season to visit is from December to April, when the weather is pleasantly warm and dry.

18. Day 18

    At Sea

19. Day 19

    Fort de France

    Arrive 07:00Depart 23:00

    Martinique

Fort-de-France, Martinique's gracious capital, blends French metropolitan sophistication with deep Caribbean soul in a way that no other island quite replicates. The Bibliothèque Schoelcher, a beautiful Art Nouveau building transported piece by piece from Paris for the 1889 World's Fair, anchors a downtown of wrought-iron balconies and aromatic spice markets. The surrounding countryside offers rum distilleries — some of the finest aged agricole rums in the world — dramatic rainforest hikes, and the haunting ruins of Saint-Pierre, destroyed by Mont Pelée's catastrophic 1902 eruption. December through May brings the driest, sunniest weather on this endlessly captivating island.

20. Day 20

    Pointe-à-Pitre

    Arrive 09:00

    Guadeloupe

Pointe-à-Pitre is the bustling capital of Guadeloupe, offering a vibrant mix of Creole culture, historical significance, and stunning natural beauty. Must-do experiences include sampling the local delicacies like “colombo de poulet” and exploring the nearby Îles des Saintes for their breathtaking beaches. The best season to visit is from mid-December to mid-April, when the weather is pleasantly warm and dry.
