Onboard laundry services, including pressing and eco-friendly cleaning services, are available for a per item cost and may be arranged through your stateroom/suite steward/stewardess. 

Please advise the Paul Gauguin Cruises Reservations Department of any special dietary requirements at least 60 days prior to sailing. Ask for “special services” at 800-848-6172. Once aboard the m/s Paul Gauguin, the Matire d’ Hotel will review dietary requirements with guests. Vegetarian, vegan, low-sodium, and heart healthy dishes are served aboard the m/s Paul Gauguin.

A licensed and registered doctor and nurse is available for professional and emergency services, which are available at customary charges. The ship’s medical centre is designed to provide medical care for certain temporary illnesses and accidents, and is not intended or capable of providing on-going treatment of pre-existing medical conditions. For guests requiring oxygen equipment, an oxygen concentrator is the only form of oxygen equipment allowed aboard ship and must be provided by the guest. Wheelchairs are for emergency purposes only.

For the comfort, convenience, and safety of all our guests, smoking and vaping is prohibited in public rooms, dining rooms, staterooms, suites, and private balconies aboard the ship, and pipe smoking is not allowed on board. Smoking and vaping is permitted only in specifically designated outdoor smoking areas including the forward outdoor areas on Deck 5 (starboard and port sides), La Palette (outside area, starboard side only), and Bar Du Soleil (starboard side only).

Smoking Safety Notice: Always use the ashtrays and never throw cigarettes overboard – they could be blown back into the ship and cause a fire. 

Djeca mlađa od 21 godine moraju biti u pratnji roditelja ili druge odgovorne odrasle osobe starije od 21 godine. Ukoliko odrasla osoba koja prati dijete nije roditelj, potrebno je da roditelj ili zakonski skrbnik potpiše "Obrazac za roditeljsku suglasnost i skrbništvo" koji mora biti dostavljen PGC-u prije ukrcaja. Brod nije opremljen za smještaj djece mlađe od jedne godine te zadržava pravo ograničiti broj djece mlađe od tri godine na brodu. Usluge čuvanja djece nisu dostupne. Roditelji moraju biti posebno pažljivi i nadzirati svoju djecu dok su na ili u blizini balkona ili bilo kakvih ograda. Brod nije opremljen za pružanje prenatalnih, postnatalnih niti pedijatrijskih usluga. Ljetna i praznična putovanja broda m/s Paul Gauguin ističu program Moana Explorer.

Na brodu postoji jedna kabina prilagođena osobama u invalidskim kolicima. Ova kabina ima široka vrata kako bi se omogućio pristup kolicima, tuš s mogućnošću ulaska hodom ili vožnjom, tuš-kabinu te veći razmak između kreveta i toaletnog stola. Također, u odabranim kabinskim kategorijama dostupne su kabine s tuš-kabinama za one koji imaju poteškoća s ulaskom u kadu. Tuš-kabine mogu se zatražiti za dodatnu pomoć, a brodska ambulanta pruža određene medicinske usluge.

Svi palubi, osim Palube 9 – Sun Deck i Marina Deck, dostupni su liftom i mogu se koristiti u invalidskim kolicima. Za povratak na brod potrebna je ista razina mobilnosti.

Putnici u invalidskim kolicima trebaju biti svjesni da se gotovo svi pristani na MS Paul Gauguin ostvaruju tenderom. Putnici će morati sići niz stepenice i napraviti korak u tender kako bi stigli do obale.

Motorni skuter i invalidska kolica dobrodošli su na brodu. Sva kolica, bez obzira na vrstu, moraju biti u vlasništvu putnika, a Paul Gauguin Cruises treba biti obaviješten unaprijed. Veličina kolica treba biti uzeta u obzir kako bi se osiguralo da će stati u kabinu putnika.
